you've got questions?
we've got answers.
3D printing is a manufacturing method where objects are built layer by layer from a digital model. Instead of milling, casting, or molding, the design is created additively – by precisely applying material exactly where it's needed. The unique part of this process is that 3D printing allows for complex shapes, custom objects, and production starting at just one piece, all without the need for tools, molds, or casting methods.
For the creative industry, this means more design freedom, shorter development times, more sustainable processes (zero waste), and the ability to quickly turn ideas into tangible reality.
Short answer: (almost) anything is possible!
We work with FDM printers which that stands for "Fused Deposition Modeling," a process where objects are built layer by layer from heated plastic on a horizontal plate. This method is especially suited for durable prototypes and shape-stable objects.
We have four different, high-quality 3D printers, each with unique features. Our maximum print volume is 80 × 80 × 100 cm in one piece. Larger formats are realized in modular sections.
What we print entirely depends on your project:
Prototypes, design objects & small batches
Interior pieces, sculptures, or exhibition objects
Displays & custom creations (including limited collections) for retail, events, and trade shows
Elements for fashion design or textile installations
One-of-a-kind pieces and visual brand objects
We’ll advise, conceptualize, and realize your ideas with you – whether you’re experienced with 3D printing or not. Our goal is to make your ideas tangible.
Our 3D printers use so-called filaments – thermoplastic plastic strands that are heated, melted, and applied layer by layer. Depending on the material, the texture, appearance, durability, and flexibility vary.
We primarily rely on three proven types of filament:
PLA – bio-based, precise, and with a matte or silky finish. Ideal for decorative objects, prototypes, and interior design.
PETG – durable and water-repellent. Perfect for long-lasting objects or functional applications.
TPU – flexible, rubber-like, and surprisingly resilient. Great for wearable, elastic, or movable designs.
Depending on the project, we choose the material that offers the best visual appeal and functionality. We regularly test new filament types and maintain close relationships with manufacturers to stay up-to-date with the latest material developments, whether it’s in terms of sustainability, texture, color intensity, or technical performance. And if a project requires something special – like large-format parts, concrete printing, or custom surfaces – we turn to our network of partners.
If any of these sound like you, we should talk:
You need a custom object tailored to your vision that doesn’t exist yet.
You have an idea but aren’t sure if or how it can be realized with 3D printing.
You work in the creative industry in fields like interior design, fashion, art, retail, visual merchandising, events, or culture, and are looking for exceptional design solutions.
You want to elevate your brand, space, or product with a unique physical object.
You have no experience with 3D printing but are excited to explore new possibilities.
Many of our clients come to us with a vision but without technical know-how. That’s where we step in. We think alongside you, provide advice, conceptualize, and bring your ideas to life, working together to turn your vision into reality.
In short: We love anything that’s unconventional, conceptually strong, or technically challenging – and we’re eager to collaborate. The best thing is to tell us about your idea, and together, we’ll discover what’s possible.
Depending on the scope, complexity of the design, and feedback loops, it usually takes about 3 to 6 weeks. Smaller projects (e.g. prototypes) can be completed more quickly, while complex designs or production runs will take longer. We always provide you with a realistic timeline.
We focus on what we truly love – and what we’re really good at:
Consulting, concept development, and 3D modeling
3D-printed prototypes and small batches
Support with material and color selection, functionality & aesthetics
Connecting and collaborating with specialized partners (e.g., concrete and large-format 3D printing)
We intentionally focus on creative applications and don’t offer the following services:
No mass production or industrial large-scale production
No on-demand 3D printing
No medical applications
No industrial construction components
Our in-house production is designed for small batches, typically ranging from 10 to 50 pieces, depending on the size of the object.
For larger quantities or specialized materials, we collaborate with experienced partners.
Absolutely. If you already have a production partner or internal 3D printing capabilities but need support with concept, design, or digital implementation for your project, we’re happy to jump in and help.
We offer pure design and concept consulting, which means we’ll develop mood boards, advise on material selection and feasibility, design the 3D model (CAD), and deliver a print-ready file with all the necessary print settings tailored to your project, setup, and goals.
Whether you’re working with an in-house team or an external provider, we’ll think both visually and technically with you, ensuring your project works before it’s even printed.
Yes, we also offer workshops, presentations and lectures for anyone who wants to not only use 3D printing but truly understand it and creatively apply it.
Our target audience includes agencies, design firms/studios, universities, and brands or companies thinking at the intersection of design, technology, and the future.
Whether it’s for inspiration, further education, or a collaborative format, we share our expertise in a hands-on, understandable, and approachable way.
Possible topics include:

No, we don’t offer anonymous 3D printing on demand.
We’re a design-driven studio and only work within projects where we’re involved in both the conceptual and design process.
That’s totally fine! Reach out to us with any questions, and we’ll figure it out together during a free consultation.
